The Role: This Demand Generation Marketing Manager is a new position within this growing technology provider. Reporting to the CMO the objective of the role is to provide highly qualified leads for the sales team. The role will be responsible for creating and executing demand generation campaigns across email, events and digital channels. The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will work with experts to create content and then use this content to fill the top of the funnel with opportunity pipeline, setting up nurture campaigns (Hubspot/Salesforce and Events) and providing MQL's and SQL's to the sales team.

Responsibilities for the position of Demand Generation Marketing Manager include:

  • Managing customer retention and acquisition campaigns
  • Generating and qualifying marketing leads
  • Defining what a lead will be for the sales team, and developing the conversion funnel
  • Developing a lead generation marketing strategy to support sales with revenue
  • Working with Hubspot and Salesforce to develop their marketing automation capability
  • Managing and briefing the telemarketing team to further qualify leads
  • Creating an events calendar to supplement the brand awareness and lead generation marketing campaigns

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Solid B2B marketing experience working in a technology/software business
  • Experience of working closely with sales teams in a commercially focused marketing role
  • Ideally been in a stand-alone marketing role or marketing role with responsibility for creating strategy, managing budgets, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • A deep understanding of the sales funnel and how marketing can support at each phase
  • An understanding and working knowledge of marketing automation tools (Hubspot and Salesforce ideally)
  • Used events to drive lead generation opportunity for sales

The Company: The company are an established software provider that target C-suite directors across several industries including Financial Services, Retail, Entertainment and Engineering. The company are looking to build out a marketing department that will be contributing to lead generation allowing the business to push forward and continue growing.

The Package for Demand Generation Marketing Manager:

  • Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 + bonus + benefits
