Brief Description of Role:

The primary purpose of this role, within the Marketing Communications team, is to produce high quality and creative print and digital marketing materials that enhance the firm's corporate and employer brand. It is a very creative position that supports marketing propositions, ideas and products which strengthen the market position of the firm.


  • Work with the Business Development team, and individual teams and partners, to produce creative ideas, artwork and campaigns including corporate branded literature, brochures, flyers, newsletters, advertisements etc, ensuring that all items are consistent with the firm's branding.

  • Responsible for managing all branded communications and ensuring that they are of the highest quality, adequately reflect the quality of the firm to clients, potential clients and staff, whilst meeting agreed deadlines.

  • Work with the Pursuits team to design creative concepts for bids. Assist the team with branded documents and imagery to support bid "win themes" and create bespoke infographics, structure charts, presentations and placemats.

  • Work with BD Managers internationally, and the secretarial community locally, to support the adoption and ongoing use of branded templates, e.g. in PowerPoint and Word. Ensure that standard design templates and tools are followed to deliver consistent branded materials internally and externally.
