We're looking to speak with Senior Account Managers or Account Directors for a brand-new client management position that has come up within this award-winning agency. This role will be responsible for leading one of the account management teams working with a well-recognised UK brand in the consumer sector.

In this position you will be delivering client growth and revenue by managing multiple projects, managing client expectations and delivering fully integrated marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand business needs and create appropriate multi-channel marketing strategy to achieve goals
  • Work with clients to understand and achieve their goals - taking responsibility for hitting targets
  • Ensuring that the appropriate resources are allocated to accounts
  • Management of a small multi discipline team - ensuring that productivity & creativity are rewarded
  • Owning client revenue - contribution, external & agency costs

Role Requirements

  • Experience across various industry sectors is desirable
  • Extensive agency experience
  • Demonstrable experience in a senior account management position
  • Experience managing fully integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience in multiple marketing channels - search, digital, advertising
  • Proven team management experience
