PURPOSE

The new Digital Acquisition role will support the AVP, Digital Acquisition in growing Aviva Canada’s digital capabilities. This includes paid media strategy, media measurement, digital marketing technology, lead nurture and digital campaign management.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Paid digital media strategy and planning
* Paid digital measurement and attribution
* Lead nurture campaign planning and management
* Agency and vendor management
* Media marketing technology management and adoption
* Search engine optimization
* Stakeholder management: is accountable to VP and SVP level on key business proirities such as growing the direct/affinity business, transformation, CRM

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree from a university or college

EXPERIENCE

5+ years of paid media and lead nurture experience with working familiarity of SEO best practices and management

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

* Paid media: search, social, display, and the associated platforms (Google Ads, Facebook)
* Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
* DoubleClick Campaign Manager
* Lead Nurture program development
* Enterprise CRM (Salesforce or equivalent)
* Media measurement and/or attribution
* SEM management tool (DoubleClick Search, Kenshoo, or equivalent)
* Email marketing platform (MailChimp, Marketo, or equivalent)
* DSP experience (DBM or equivalent)
* SEO management tool (Screaming Frog, BrightEdge, Conductor or equivalent)
* Adobe Audience Manager (or equivalent DMP)
