What do we want from you?
 

We need active and engaged community members! We’re a fast-growing tech company and we recognise that central to our product is the community members who take part in the studies we run for our Enterprise clients, so we’re looking for someone to work with us to create and run the whole community acquisition process reporting directly into our Chief Product Officer. Everything from process to execution. 

This is a new high profile and business critical position, so you’ll be working very closely with Adam our CPO, and Michael our Head of Community alongside the other team members

Who are we?

We offer a service – via our B2B2C mobile first online platform – that facilitates co-creation and audience collaboration for our Enterprise clients. Our clients are largely global brands, such as ebay & Unilever, and we have a crowd-sourced group of people / community (user base sounds so impersonal) who help us with the questions our clients need answers to. We run channels for Enterprise brands globally so we constantly need to stay on top of our community composition and its engagement rates

Our team is about more than just the day to day; it’s about solving the key problems facing our customers – how do they improve their companies, bring successful products to market or develop insightful brands and campaigns, etc. Our growth so far has been tremendous and we want you to be part of this journey, shaping our strategy for the future.

What are we looking for?

You need to love what you do and want to use and share your knowledge / skills in a ‘start from scratch’ digital environment. You’ll be a valuable part of the overall product & community team.

Someone with a proven track record of developing and delivering digital campaigns (Display & Search, Social, Web Analytics etc) across b2c platforms or sites with a keen eye for bottom line ROI and results so in short - extensive experience of direct and digital marketing. You will be versed in optimisation and A/B testing and appreciate the commercial benefits of an exemplary user experience.

As our Digital Acquisition Manager you will immerse yourself in the world of community members, using your sound reasoning, knowledge and commercial understanding to achieve regular acquisition targets and engaged community members. 

Furthermore, you will leverage your organisational skills to take responsibility for creating & implementing new processes and procedures for improving the Community performance and efficiency. You will be highly numerate, with an analytical / campaigns background with good understanding of customer and marketing/ digital principles and its likely you will have been heavily involved in digital marketing.

If you have also worked with a community, customer panels, market research or similar environment that would be a bonus! but it is not essential for the role as we are open to all candidates who have exemplary digital marketing skills.
