About the role

LV= are seeking a bright, digital savvy Digital Assistant to join our Digital Experience team in our Bournemouth office. Supporting the final stages of the content production process, you will join a vibrant and dynamic team responsible for maintaining the content used on all websites and tools across our digital estate.

You will work with our CMS, Sitecore and Microsoft Suite software applications to ensure the content is up to date, contextual, compliant and accurate. In addition, you are expected to work within Agile Scrum teams in order to improve the integration of content across our range of digital platforms. Collaboration is an important aspect of the role as you will be working across a number of departments ranging from but not limited to, Marketing, Compliance and Brand.

This position is one of the key hubs between the content creation and publishing on the website; ensuring content is to the highest level of quality, working at pace and generally keeping a busy site running. In return, this role offers a great introduction within both Financial Services and digital industries, inside a fantastic, collaborative and diverse team.

About you

Working on both a bespoke CMS and Sitecore, you will have excellent attention to detail, some copywriting/proof reading experience and be comfortable working with digital systems. Ideally, you will have some digital experience and have good CMS knowledge. A digital degree (or equivalent) such as Marketing, Media, Comms or Journalism is desirable but not essential.
