Our brands are valuable corporate assets. The brand team owns the brands for the company, and identifies how best to use those brands to deliver value in market. The role of Digital Brand Professional will work with all customer facing units to establish and reinforce standards of digital execution from consistent excellence of navigation, information architecture, domains, user experience design and performance to the visual representation of BT in all digital assets.

What you'll be doing

* Establishing the elements that define excellent digital delivery for Brand impact and working with all BT Group digital teams to introduce KPIs and benchmarks and guiding teams to deliver against them.

* Leading major work-streams to bring greater coherence to our customer experiences across digital channels

* Supporting the Brand Identity team, Brand Studio and wider business stakeholders to deliver digital excellence

* Establishing technical performance standards of all BT’s digital assets where Brand affecting and embedding these standards across the business

* Managing a governance approach to domain and sub-domain management

* Working with Digital teams and Marketing to ensure they are using the brand assets with consistency but also evolving and improving the brand assets in coordination with the Digital Teams.

* Coordinating cross-BT SEO strategy & plans to ensure efficiency & effectiveness, reducing overlap and prioritising needs.

* Working with digital agencies to ensure they deliver digitally excellent output for BT that conforms to brand guidelines and meets digital standards of the BT Brand.

* Observing external Digital performance and execution across sectors and establishing standards and goals for BT’s Digital output.

* Working with external partners who own digital platforms with BT activity to establish recommended best practices and rolling out internally

* Commercial marketing experience

* Awareness of the digital media industry and how web and app technology is evolving
