Digital Channel Owner, Cambridge -
An award-winning not-for-profit organisation operating globally are seeking a Digital Channel Owner to lead on performance monitoring and measurement. You will need at least two years' experience within social media management (Twitter focussed), email marketing, digital advertising and content marketing.
This organisation has a vision to ensure that every time someone engages with them through digital spaces, their relationship with them gets stronger. That means delivering great customer experience through the most effective use of digital channels and content for all of their audiences.
You'll be part of a team responsible for supporting the execution of communications and marketing projects through engaging content creation, curation, and its successful delivery across digital channels, most specifically Twitter, whilst also being involved in delivering communications through email marketing and other social media channels. You will become the in-house guru for these channels and highly knowledgeable of the latest updates and trends which will affect the organisations use of them. Having a drive for continuous professional development will be highly welcomed and having a passion for digital measurement and attribution will be vital. You should know Google Analytics inside out and will lead on the monitoring of digital channel performance and use the data to make recommendations about the development of these channels.
This is the perfect role for a driven candidate with a passion for social media to join an exciting and dynamic organisation which offers an enriching working environment. Due to the location of the office, this role will be commutable from Cambridge, St Neots, Royston, Saffron Walden, Huntingdon, Ely and Bury St Edmunds and most parts of Cambridgeshire.
