About the role
As with any other fast developing business, we have a dynamic and creative Internal Communication Team, which plays a pivotal role in engaging and sharing messages with our employees across all our sites and that’s where you come into things. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Communications or Digital professional to join our high performing team.
In a nutshell, you will be reporting to the Internal Communications Manager and support them in the day-to-day maintenance of the internal digital channels at LV= ensuring they are always-on and targeted to the correct audiences, primarily through continual development of the LV= intranet.
You will be responsible for delivery of continuous improvements across the digital channels mix; ensuring content is delivered on time and to a high quality. You’ll have a big role to play in not only maintaining the digital channels but driving them forward too. Using your creative and technical skills you will help the Internal Communications team deliver their messaging and provide on-going consultation and reports to the business. With strong technical and design skills and knowledge in digital production you will also be responsible for creating and designing visual content for different channels.
Above all, you are a great team player and are someone who can build relationships with a range of key stakeholders. You’re used to juggling a number of priorities, have a strong eye for detail and relish the opportunity to join a high performing team. You’ll have experience of working within a communications or digital environment, preferably within the financial services sector.
You have good experience in developing:
Ideally, you would have a passion for film and photography and have an awareness of the latest digital trends in relation to intranet and social media platforms.
