About the role
Making LV.com the very best is a big deal to us, therefore your primary responsibility is to ensure the content of our website as well as microsites, apps and partner sites are fully optimised and provide the very best digital experience for our customers.
You will design, implement and deliver an industry leading digital content strategy, define and implement a robust content change delivery process and demonstrate the value of effective digital content management. You’ll manage internal and external third party relationships, communicate content changes and objectives effectively and quickly manage any obstacles and translating these into digital solutions. You’ll exhibit strong commercial and strategic awareness to ensure all content activity meets the consumer, marketing, sales, regulatory and budget needs.
Managing a small team of six Digital Content Executives; they’re experts in all things digital, you’ll coach, develop and guide them to exceed in their roles and maintain industry best practice. You’ll champion change and create a culture of empowerment, energy and inquisitiveness. To be the best, you need the best people and they need the best leader.
You’ll have a clear passion for and experience in digital content management. You’ll evidence involvement in or ownership of defining and delivering a content strategy and how it’s optimised customer journeys and sales.
It’s important that you have experience in using or managing a content management system (CMS), testing tools such as A/B Split Testing or Multivariate testing (MVT) and have strong data analytical skills. You’ll have a good understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO) and an excellent understanding of the digital landscape including new and emerging digital tools and technologies.
You’ll be a strong strategic commercial leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. You’re tenacious, proactively challenge the status-quo and are solution focused. You’re great at managing the day to day but equally focus on delivering key content projects which help make us be even better!
