Overview:

Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager Beauty EMEA, the Content Manager, Beauty EMEA will be responsible for strengthening the Beauty ecosystem of content excellence & connections in a digital world. This role is accountable for:

Working closely with key markets TBX & marketing teams to drive Integrated Marketing Communications plans across the 4 C’s:

Driving personalisation at scale:

*

Step change personalization coms approach in beauty: develop content strategies that allow for personal interactions with consumers every day

*

Ensure excellence in organic and paid search

*

Shape & scale social marketing for relevant audience segments

Best in class experiences:

*

Develop robust brand content strategies & maps where brand purpose is brought to life and core equity messages cut through, across the key touchpoints.

*

Building insights to inform content creation

*

Power partnerships, Google, Facebook, Amazon to gain insights into consumers interest areas and best in class

*

Use social listening tools to stay close to what consumers are discussion & keeping us ahead of key trends before they become mainstream

*

Understand the Consumer/TA and their media consumption/habits to inform content development

*

Content development excellence: ensure best practice briefing, costing & production principles are deployed for any Beauty project

*

Path to purchase – creation of best in class ecommerce assets and creating frictionless purchase journey across digital touchpoints

Content performance, optimisation & creative stretch

*

Develop understanding of relative performance of assets; assist in setting KPIs, benchmarks. Monitor key campaigns.

*

leverage new DAM; curate & act as ambassador for the best performers

*

Share learnings across markets

Qualifications

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

*

Bachelor’s Degree required;

*

Requires experience in delivering impactful brand comms across multiple touchpoints

*

A data mindset is important

*

5 years+ of experience in Communications & media / creative, either on an agency or client side

*

Detailed, bottom-up delivery-focus mindset with strong project management skills

*

Subject matter expertise in digital & social marketing, media KPIs & ad tech

*

Experience / Previous exposure to eCommerce is desired

*

Track record of consumer-centric thinking

*

Strong ability to interact effectively with very senior business stakeholders

*

Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners and upper management to impact decision-making

*

Outstanding and clear communication skills

*

Ability to think analytically to understand complex or ambiguous problems or issues and articulate solutions and conclusions clearly and concisely

*

Able to anticipate/proactively manage the needs of cross-functional constituents in a complex, fast-paced environment)

*

Insatiable intellectual curiosity
