It is an exciting time of growth for their business. They are currently expanding their reach across the rental and financial services industries and they are also increasing the size of some of their offices worldwide in order to cater for the global demand they are creating in these markets.

The company is looking for a talented and ambitious Digital Content Marketing Executive to be the flag bearer for their content-led marketing and communications initiatives across the company's social media, websites and email marketing initiatives. You will be required to deliver the content strategy in order to support the company's growth objectives.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will be a practical content marketer with an impeccable level of taste for visual aesthetics as well demonstrable skills in creating analytic, emotive and persuasive content. A significant part of this role is Social Media and Community management, tailoring their social engagement to adhere to a strict editorial line, whilst also anticipating and executing new tools, applications and designs for social media initiatives.

Main Duties:

  • Deliver and manage 'next level' content marketing initiatives in-line with their strategic priorities
  • Own the social media platforms ensuring that every image and piece of content speaks to the company's audiences in the right way
  • Create and deliver audience acquisition strategies through well planned social media, e-marketing and website tactics
  • Ensure a consistent brand, unique selling point(s) and message is established for the various pieces of communication
  • Research, write and edit product sales collateral, cutting edge news articles and all the time ensuring the delivery of key product and corporate messaging
  • Identifying, follow and utilise new innovations in the digital space to increase exposure efficiency
  • Produce keyword rich digital content in line with the SEO and content strategy
  • Producing world class e-marketing and digital advertising briefs in line with content guidelines

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience in a content led digital role with a particular emphasis on social media and e-marketing
  • Excellent writing and editing skills (evidence of exceptional content skills and experience is essential)
  • Previous Content Management Systems experience essential
  • Strong experience of digital marketing: E-marketing, online advertising, paid-for search (PPC)
  • Detailed understanding of SEO techniques and the ability to create content which will support the SEO strategy
  • A genuine interest in the built environment, architecture, the property industry, lifestyle, travel and culture is a must
  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Additional marketing qualifications beneficial (CIM or similar)
  • An additional language like French or Portuguese would be beneficial
