The role of Digital Content Marketing Manager:
This Digital Content Marketing Manager role will report directly to the Marketing Director and work closely with a PR/Comms specialist in a team of three marketers. The Marketing Director has recently joined the organisation and is in the process of changing their outdated marketing approach to a new content-lead, inbound marketing approach. To support the change the business is changing their marketing technology stack and bringing in Marketo, Salesforce, on24 (webinars), and an AI predictive analytics tool.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working with CMS (content updates, SEO audit and improvement, UX), building inbound marketing automation programmes (ideally using Marketo and Salesforce), and developing content (writing, curating and commissioning where needed) to support all aspects of the customer journey.

There are currently 70 employees in the business across two offices.
