Job description

This position is based from our headquarters in Amsterdam and we would expect you to relocate. To make this transition as smooth as possible we offer an extensive relocation package and support.

 

Purpose

As a UK marketer, you will manage our brand bonusprint in the UK market. This is a very exciting job with a lot of responsibility as we are scaling this market. You will coordinate and implement marketing campaigns with the central marketing teams and expand our consumer brand in the UK market, through increased sales growth. You will be working in close collaboration with the central teams in our headquarters in Amsterdam and reporting to the country manager (remote manager)

You will be working in the country team, a young and dynamic group of around 8 professionals with big ambitions and a true passion for marketing. The country teams are responsible for the overall marketing strategy and execution of all local campaigns.

 

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of the marketing and sales plan for the fiscal year and our quarterly objectives
  • Responsible for achieving budget and marketing KPI’s
  • Responsible for being the commercial face within the organisation for the UK market
  • Responsible for competitor monitoring
  • Execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline
  • Implementation of local strategic partnerships, local media buying and acquisition DM
  • Point of contact for promotion partners, managing workflow (planning, execution & reporting)
  • Local social media engagement and content
  • Coordinate campaign and product launches with central teams
  • Work with external agencies to outsource specific tasks like PR
  • Point of contact for language-specific tasks across website, editors, promo templates and customer support interaction

Requirements

We are looking for a native English speaker with an enthusiastic and proactive character, who can quickly pick up the business, set priorities and take ownership of our UK brand bonusprint. Deep understanding of and experience in the UK market is critical for this position.

You also have:

  • 3+ years’ experience with consumer or online marketing in the UK (B2C experience preferably)
  • Bias for action. Ability to focus, prioritize and meet deadlines. Execute high-quality work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • An analytical, commercial, structured and autonomous approach with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience working in a global environment and experience with Agile is a plus

·        Experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
