Established in 2000, the business has gone from strength to strength, now operating some of the most high profile retail branded cards in the UK along with a portfolio of 'own-brand' consumer credit products. Following private equity funding in 2014 its growth accelerated substantially taking them from 50 to 300 employees based in Central London serving nearly 6 million customers.
Due to this continued growth the business is now looking for a Digital CRM Manager to join its busy team. You will be involved in each step of the process from the build, execution and delivery of digital CRM activity for existing customers using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Supporting the various projects, you will manage the deliverables through the build and deployment of the communications journey within SFMC. You will drive digital best practice across deliverability, email and SMS content, process, campaign strategy and setup, QA, and testing.
