This position will be part of the Digital Customer Experience
team playing a key role in achieving our strategic goal of becoming a Society
for the Digital age.

The Key Competencies for this role are:
Supporting the delivery of projects, working collaboratively
with teams across the Society and creating journey maps is just the beginning
of this role. You’ll also be working to maintain and evolve digital standards
and guidelines along with in depth analysis to identify customer experience
improvements and provide recommendations.
You will play an active part in the departmental plans by
providing expertise and advice on your specialist area. You will also create
and maintain working relationships across the business and be an ambassador for
the Digital Customer Experience Team.
You do not need to have done this role before however; you
will need experience of providing customers with great outcomes. Stakeholder
management skills are essential as well as the ability to drive change and
