Digital Delivery Coordinator

Our client is a charitable membership organisation based near Princes Risborough, Bucks. They’re seeking a Change and Digital Delivery Coordinator, a new position within the digital team to support and assist the coordination of the change process and digital deliver, working closely with the wider digital team.

This position requires a minimum of 4 days in the office per month, which can be undertaken in any structure you like, with the rest working remotely from home. You must be based in the UK, and able to travel.

The Role

• Providing assistance in supplier engagement and communication, handling inquiries related to invoicing/payment queries.
• Collaborating with the broader Digital team to contribute to the development of technology solutions across our Digital Estate.
• Managing and updating the Digital Estate database, along with creating clear documentation outlining digital capabilities, and aiding in the preparation of training or process guides.
• Offering support for technology testing on a flexible basis.
• Undertaking additional coordination and support tasks to guarantee the effective operation of the Digital department.

Location

This position requires a minimum of 4 days in the office per month, which can be undertaken in any structure you like, with the rest working remotely from home. You must be based in the UK, and able to travel.

Due to the location of the offices, suitable commutable areas include High Wycombe, Chinnor, Milton Keynes, Oxford, Slough, Watford, Reading, Aylesbury, Didcot, Bicester, and wider areas of Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
