Job Introduction

The
Digital team is looking for someone to join us as a Digital Delivery Specialist
within the Digital Delivery & Best Practise team. As our new Digital Delivery
Specialist you will contribute towards our goal of ensuring the smooth delivery
of high quality customer experiences across all our digital assets by being
responsible for the day-to-day management of the delivery of a number of
initiatives, projects and changes.

Main Responsibilities

No two days are the same!
You will use your meticulous planning and organisational
skills to ensure that work is planned within the team and that the correct
documentation is in place, kept up to date and communicated regularly.
You will use your written and verbal communication skills
and your flexible and adaptable approach to ensure that the right levels of
communication are provided, relationships around the business are developed and
nurtured and the expectations of key stakeholders are managed.
You will act as a custodian of the digital methodology and
ways of working ensuring that our processes are followed and the correct levels
of governance are in place.
You will need to keep a calm and cool head under pressure,
removing blockers and hurdles for the team and ensuring that deliverables move forward
despite ambiguity.
You will proactively work on your own
self-development and the development of the wider team adopting an attitude of
continuous improvement and contributing to a high performance culture.

Ideal Candidate

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone that has a good
knowledge of a project management or delivery environment, a passion for
digital and desire to work with colleagues across the business to affect the
customer experience really positively.
The person we’re looking for will be highly organised and
have the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced and often high-pressure
environment. A positive, can-do attitude
is a must!
Planning will be second nature to you and you’ll
be known for your diplomacy and your ability to work collaboratively to
problem-solve and deliver results. You’ll have the confidence to manage,
