We are strengthening our internal digital capabilities and looking for new talent as we expand our Performance, Insight & Analytics team within the Enterprise Digital function. Uncompromising in delivering quality solutions to our enterprise customers at pace, we require an experienced Journey / Optimisation Specialist to bring their drive and enthusiasm to a growing team pioneering the future of performance tracking and decision making at BT.

Reporting into the Head of Performance, Insight & Analytics, the successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who will lead the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B and multivariate experiments for the digital business. This position will define learning objectives, KPIs, and supporting metrics based on business objectives and design direction alongside the analytics implementation and data validation process for new campaigns - ensuring conversion goals are met through flow of continuous improvements online.

What you'll be doing
Observe and understand website user actions – what makes them leave landing pages, abandon shopping carts, and exit funnels.
Closely collaborate with the wider business, particularly the SEO Specialist and PPC Specialist to ensure learnings are shared and to drive a consistent complementary approach to lead generation.
Create and track goal flows to identify pain points in the user journey and turn them into opportunities to improve conversion.
On page content and message testing
Partner with UX and other business units on developing personalization and site optimization strategies to improve the user experience across all devices.
Monitor, document, and analyse performance of web experimentations to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for impactful content optimization and personalisation.
Participate in regular stakeholder communication – updates and reporting as required for the business.

We'll also need to see these on your CV
Passion for digital and data strategies in order to drive analytics and data driven decisions.
Self-starter with a focus on results and capable of rapidly analysing daily and weekly performance and ability to capitalise quickly on opportunities.
Knowledge of analytical and performance measuring tools including Adobe Cloud Marketing Suite.
Technical knowledge of CMS environments.
Expert user of CRO and web analytics platforms.
Eager to explore new features to drive engagement and activation.
Be a change agent - challenging the status quo where it does not enable your work.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across multiple departments to deliver a vision or goal with various moving parts.
