Digital Manager

Elevation Recruitment are exclusively working with this innovative consumer services business to recruit a Digital Manager. This is a newly created position to drive online consumer sales channels through email marketing, affiliates, B2C channel development and digital content marketing.

Key Areas:

*Alongside the agency, plan and oversee all digital marketing to achieve lead generation objectives. This includes SEO, email, social media and online advertising campaigns, including display and retargeting.
*Use strong analytical ability to evaluate the effectiveness of customer experience across multiple channels and touch points.
*Work with their partner on the execution of emails to plan and ensure all emails are deployed to the right customers at the right time and that emails are in line with branding requirements. Support the delivery of the full end to end email process from design to delivery.
*Manage relationships with affiliate network partners, recruit new affiliates to the program and support in negotiations of contracts with top tier affiliates.
*Be responsible for the B2C website and its development.
*Design, build and maintain their social media presence
*Turning marketing opportunities into compelling and measurable brand-led consumer promotions and campaigns
*Identify trends and insights, and work with the commercial director to optimise spend and performance based on the insights.

What specific technical knowledge and competencies does the Job Holder require?

*Preferably a degree or qualification in marketing or a related field.
*At least 3 years proven working experience in digital marketing.
*Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate and convert.
*Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
*Demonstrable experience managing SEO, marketing databases, email, social media.
*Experience in testing and optimising campaigns based on engagement and insight.
*Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
