Independent agency that has been around for over 20 years. We work with incredible clients and have some exciting projects coming up! Recent growth means we are looking to expand our team.

Working in a fast-paced environment, we are looking for a confident, proactive, organised and hardworking marketeer to join us. As an Account Manager you will work closely with the team and our clients to deliver campaigns and projects for their customers. Joining our team will mean the opportunity to gain experience and develop your skillsets even further working across a number of different client accounts. There is no micromanagement here, you will be responsible for your own daily tasks and encouraged to use your initiative, as well as reporting to and supporting the business Directors.

Role and responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to and developing, marketing plans and strategies
  • Briefing and managing the creation of all content within our creative team
  • Creation, execution and management of campaigns across a range of channels including social, SEO, PPC and eCRM
  • Conducting market research & audience insights
  • Analytics reporting and campaign insight development
  • Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including colleagues, suppliers and importantly our clients
  • Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
  • Supporting the Account Directors and colleagues
  • Using your knowledge and skillset to inspire clients, and push their projects in the right direction

Skills, experience and (most importantly) personality:

  • A minimum of 3 years+ marketing / agency experience
  • University degree (desirable)
  • Experience in building and developing client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to use own initiative and be proactive
  • An enthusiasm to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends
  • Team player with the ability to multi-task and work across a range of projects
  • Experience with social, PPC platforms and SEO (desirable)
