Facebook is seeking a numerate and logical apprentice, with an interest in gaining digital marketing and analytics experience supporting the with our largest UK advertisers

Location: London near Warren Street & Euston Station

The Facebook Digital Marketing Apprenticeship is a 15-18 month program offered as part of the UK Government Apprenticeship program in partnership with WhiteHat

You will join the Digital Marketing & Marketing Analytics teams at Facebook and will be assigned a manager for the duration of your 15-18-month apprenticeship. You will start in October 2018 with our academic partner WhiteHat, for initial training.

An apprenticeship within our Digital Marketing & Marketing Analytics teams, you will help support our digital marketing campaigns across Facebook Pages, ads & other digital platforms. This means developing marketing Pages backed by clear posting strategy and smart use of targeted advertising. But it also means making use of other platforms that can help us connect to our target audience.

Responsibilities

*
Learning how to use a suite of data tools to extract and analyse data sets.

*
Work closely with the UK Marketing teams to help produce, analysis and research that will prove the value of Facebook's advertising business.

*
Support campaign execution across digital channels in EMEA

*
Prepare presentations and analysis for internal and external meetings.

*
Support aspects of trafficking, optimization and troubleshooting with focus on efficiency

*
Plan, organise and set up internal and external meetings and events.

*
Use quantitative methods, models and research to help Facebook provide important feedback for product and clients' digital strategies.

*
Participate in team meetings to keep colleagues informed and to create a forum for knowledge sharing.

Working hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Minimum Qualifications

*
Five GCSEs at Grades A*-C or 9 - 4, (including English & Mathematics), Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths, or a relevant Level 2 Apprenticeship, or equivalent qualifications or experience.

*
Predicted B grade at A-Level or equivalent qualification in one or more subjects.

*
Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.

*
Have the authorization to work in the United Kingdom.

*
Ideally, we are looking for recent school leavers and non-graduates for the role.

Qualifications taken

*
We will equip you with everything you need to know to help our customers on their digital journey. You will receive specialised training on basic marketing principles, the fundamentals of search marketing, Facebook advertising, and more. You will develop further skills through hands-on experience in research & advertising analytics.

*
After completing your initial training, you will be onsite at Facebook for further training and onsite experience, rotating between being onsite at Facebook and training at WhiteHat during your apprenticeship. While onsite, you will have the opportunity to work within a team constantly iterating, solving problems, and working together to empower people around the world to build community and connect in meaningful ways.

What Next?
A full-time opportunity may be available if the candidate excels in the role. A higher-level apprenticeship available following successful completion of the initial apprenticeship, with WhiteHat
