Becoming a B2B Marketing Campaign Manager with People Solutions:

Capita People Solutions is looking for a talented and driven B2B Campaign Manager to join the Marketing team. The role will have responsibility for designing and delivering lead generation, lead nurturing and trigger campaign programmes to support demand generation. Campaigns will be structured to support divisional marketing initiatives and meet defined KPIs.

This role can be based out of either Reading, Maidenhead or London.

What you will do:

*

Own and be the Subject Matter Expert in our Marketing Automation platform

*

Work closely with the marketing business partnering team to plan and execute high quality marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital and social

*

Plan, create, implement and report on campaign programmes that target all stages of the lead lifecycle focusing on B2B lead generation, lead nurture and relationship management (retention) campaigns

*

Build testing frameworks (split testing, deliverability and tracking) in order to optimise subject lines, CTA efficiency, open rates, click through and conversion rates to meet stated KPI's.

*

Analyse and create database segmentation and distribution lists for campaigns

*

External agency and supplier management where relevant, with the aim of delivering campaign components to a high standard, on time, and within budget

*

Liaise and manage with central teams across channels such as website, blog, social media, events

*

Manage measurement of campaign performance and optimisation, and deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis of KPIs

Your experience and skills will include:

*

Thorough working knowledge of Salesforce lead processing and data management

*

Highly proficient in Marketing Automation methodology and lead management

*

Experience in building contact nurturing/lead scoring campaigns using email and web-based channels

*

Expertise in web analytics, metrics, and reporting

*

Excellent problem solving, project management and communication skills

*

Experience using Adobe applications (Photoshop, InDesign), etc. is preferred

*

Good knowledge and demonstrable experience of marketing automation tools (Dynamics, Pardot, HubSpot etc)

*

Degree level education in a relevant subject

*

Expertise in online and digital marketing execution and understanding of the latest B2B customer engagement tactics.

*

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a rapidly growing sales organisation and in an international environment.

*

Understanding of critical marketing success metrics and KPIs.
