Reporting into the Senior Digital Sales Manager, the Digital Sales Manager is responsible for Digital Sales performance for a given category and is accountable achieving agreed commercial sales targets. This includes ownership of the end to end sales performance of digital sales journeys with a particular focus on the Affiliate and LivePerson marketing channels.
This is an exciting role with a very varied workload and a great deal of responsibility for the performance of your channels.
What you'll be doing
Supporting the Senior Digital Sales Manager in planning the annual, quarterly, monthly sales volume and value budgets and responsible for operationally delivering against these budgets and sales plans.
Responsible for operationally delivering against these budgets and sales plans.
Responsible for accurate representation of product pricing , inventory and merchandising across the online shop.
Managing one of the largest affiliate programmes in the UK and ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation whilst delivering volume targets against a CPA that fits with business.
Setting quarterly sales chat targets and incentives, monitoring volume and value in relation to overall sales performance.
Supporting the creation of strategic & functional roadmap items to drive shop performance and incident management to resolve shop related performance issues.
Supporting business casing to secure OPEX.
Ownership and Communication of operational performance and issues affecting sales performance.
Business acceptance testing of new capability of propositions across sales journeys and responsible for testing of 3rd party tagging and tracking solutions.
