As we’re a growing and very agile company, there’s enormous scope to develop the role and see the direct impact of what you do. RESPONSIBILITES AND WHY WE’RE HIRING:
We have reached a critical stage in the business growth where we really need a level of expertise and skillsets that currently we don’t have within the business. Our key products are SAAS led and the scope for growth is enormous. BUT, in a post GDPR world we need to re-evaluate and develop our B2B Lead Gen activities, and put in place the processes, lead nurturing and remarketing and tracking that we currently don’t have at the moment or could be described as ‘patchy’
We engage with both our client’s employees AND a B2B HR audience so the role holder will work across both. We’re a highly collaborative team, and as the digital specialist you will have multiple internal customers (largely the product owners/managers) and be creating and managing multiple campaigns to different audiences.
The usual responsibility list is below, but what we’re looking for is a seasoned digital marketer who knows their way around digital marketing channels, both front and back end analytics and crucially can bring their experience of what works, and what doesn’t, to bear in getting us to where we need to be faster
Put simply, what we need is the digital expertise to enable us to put the programs in place across multiple audiences and product groups to prove the ROI, going down as few blind alleys as possible, whilst understanding that a ‘test and learn’ approach is necessarily part of the process.
We need an individual who loves nothing more than digging into the data, creating optimising campaigns, and finding innovative and impactful ways to reach sometimes niche audiences.
Our ideal candidate will be a real team player with a “can do” attitude and plenty of ideas. Your sector experience is less important than the skills and attitude that you bring to the role.
What we need:
The position reports directly to the Marketing Director.
· CRM Marketing experience (Salesforce, Zoho or similar CRM Marketing tools) Essential
· Experience using email marketing tools (Mailchimp or other similar Email Marketing automation tools) Essentia
· In-depth knowledge and experience of Google analytics, SEO/SEM and Linkedin/Twitter
· 4+ years’ experience in driving growth by implementing customer engagement programmes and activities, ideally in a tech B2B SaaS and or HR services company
· Proven project management skills, preferably in an agile environment
· Confident, sociable and able to interact directly and autonomously with a wide variety of stakeholders
· Commercially minded.
