We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Sales and Marketing Department to help build a foundation for the future growth of the Company. The main purpose of this role is to plan and manage the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media and paid search, along with optimising on-line product adverts to increase sales.

The main responsibilities of your role will be to:

  • Monitor budgets and track KPIs to assess performance.
  • Put campaign strategy and plan into a calendar of activities and be fully responsible for the delivery of these activities.
  • Improve organic rankings, by developing and implementing SEO strategies, including conducting SEO audits and undertaking keyword research.
  • Adhere to the New Product Launch process to ensure that all new products "go live" on all relevant marketplaces and sales are optimised and monitored.
  • Write content and proof-read published materials for websites, social media platforms and marketplaces etc, including product adverts.
  • Ensure that product adverts are optimised to increase sales/conversion rates.
  • Undertake competitor analysis as required.
  • Support with ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve team targets.
  • Keep up to date with digital marketing trends.

Experience/Skills:

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in a similar position and ideally within the consumer goods industry. You will also need to have relevant experience dealing with Paid Search campaigns (Sponsored Ads/PPC), Search Engine Optimisation and keyword research and be able to monitor and evaluate the results.

You will also have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data analytics tools. Knowledge of photoshop and other creative tools would be an added bonus. Experience of working on e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay etc would be an advantage.

Accuracy and attention to detail in this role is a must, along with strong numerical and analytical skills.
