Role Purpose

This is an exciting time to join Virgin Media as a Digital Marketing Executive - DR creative as you will be responsible for implementation and development of online direct response creative for Virgin Media’s TV and Broadband products.

Key Accountabilities
* Support online marketing manager creative on implementation of online creative for Virgin Media’s acquisition marketing across programmatic re-targeting, prospecting display and Facebook
* Maintain accuracy of messaging, pricing and offers across dynamic creative and Facebook asset bank
* Suggest optimisations to campaigns and provide insight on performance
* Run, document and share test and learn activity across programmatic and display creative
* Assist in the alignment of online acquisition creative across the Virgin Media website sales journeys
* Support Online Marketing Manager in personalisation use cases using the data management platform
* Assist in legal sign-off for creative claims
* Ensure communications adhere to brand guidelines
* Assist Search Manager and Online Marketing manager with paid search ad copy proposals and document test results
* Be a day to day contact for the media and creative agencies

Knowledge, experience and skills

Required Critical behaviours

* Strong time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
* Adept at collaborative working

Required key skills (functional / technical)
* A good understanding of direct marketing / response principles - especially in an online environment
* Analytical skills - ability to evaluate and measure output / impact of initiatives
* Practical knowledge of online media buying
* Knowledge of online analytics platforms e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
* Sound ability with Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Required qualifications/experience
* Previous marketing experience in a similar role (client or agency side)

* Undergraduate degree
* Good understanding of digital channels particularly display and social
* Sound knowledge of Google products the and ad- serving/tracking process
