A leading management consultancy require a Digital Marketing Executive to support the growth of the firm's brand through best practices in digital marketing.
Working together with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will create execution strategies to boost the exposure of the firm's content on digital channels such as the corporate website, search engines, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram. You will work through these channels to ensure the firm's presence carries the gravitas of the firm's brand and reflects their expertise and key themes. The Digital Marketing Executive will be required co-ordinate with content creators and upload content on the website following approval processes, ensuring all content is accompanied by an image, a call to action, appropriate tags and other elements that may be necessary to ensure the content is successful. You will analyse the performance of the website via Google Analytics, drawing conclusions, and support the development of a roadmap for future website improvements. From a social media perspective you will oversee the daily running of the social media schedule, supporting content publication on official channels and monitor activity on all the firm's official channels to share and retweet content from spokespeople and stakeholders and also monitor activity on LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram and respond to any events where the firm's brand and reputation may be affected negatively according to social media policy and escalation process. The successful applicant will also assist social media training at all levels of the organisation, creating ways of empowering employees to advocate the firm's brand on social media and must ensure social media official guidance is followed so that the firm is both consistent and fair online.
You will be a bright graduate or equivalent with proven experience as a webmaster, delivering website content and digital marketing or similar, and you will be able and eager to provide both tactical support and advisory support, including training, on all aspects of digital marketing. Strong copywriting skills and the ability to communicate credibly and effectively about digital marketing best practice are essential. In addition, the Digital Marketing Executive will require superb attention to detail and will enjoy managing multiple work streams.
