“Reporting into the Marketing Controller, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and delivering the digital marketing strategy for Sky Business across multiple platforms including website (prospect and existing customer) and Sky Sports Pub Finder.”

-Responsible for the prospect website across all sectors and products, working with the relevant Marketing teams to manage the delivery of specific acquisition digital marketing plans and campaigns that;
-Demonstrates the value of Sky’s products and services to prospect customers
-Drives leads that help to deliver our acquisition targets.
-Responsible for the overall digital customer lifecycle to support our retention targets and help reduce churn.
-Manage the development of the digital platform and deliver activities that promotes a 2 way relationship with our customers.
-Delivers added value tools that our customers engage with to help them drive their business.
-Work closely with the Content Editor to ensure our digital platforms and activities tell engaging stories that builds brand awareness, affinity, demonstrating the value of Sky to prospects and our existing customers.
-Monitor the effectiveness of all campaigns and activities, providing regular marketing performance reporting and ongoing recommendations to increase effectiveness.
-Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all parties that will influence Sky Business marketing performance such as internal departments, agencies and key partners.
-Manage all agreed budgets and the ongoing tracking of YTD spend.
-Extensive digital marketing experience
-Passion for digital with experience of developing and executing strategies
-Demonstrable experience in developing and executing CRM initiatives and plans
-Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to generate customer insight to help inform strategy
-A proficient knowledge of Marketing focused KPI’s i.e. YoY growth, CPA & CPL etc
-Comfortable & experienced managing large budgets with complete autonomy
-Able to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders across a number of different levels
-Proven B2B marketing experience either within the licensed sector or working for a TV, Wifi or entertainment brand
-A strong understanding and a passion for sport, in particular sports available on Sky
-Knowledge and proficient use of Google Analytics, Adwords, CMS and other relevant software
-Understanding of the latest B2C & B2B digital marketing software technologies
