Digital Marketing Manager

Oxford Saïd are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager, a newly created role, to help us deliver our vision and improved customer experience through leveraging and improving our marketing platforms. A number of digital projects are being launched or implemented including: the roll out of our new CRM system, Salesforce; the deployment of a new marketing automation software to support student recruitment and business development activities; the redesign of our website; a redevelopment of our internal intranet; the digitisation of our marketing collateral and a coordinated digital marketing campaigns strategy plus a number of additional projects.

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a vital, strategic role. The role holder will input directly to the online strategy, including the school’s website and associated campaign pages/microsites with the ultimate goal of increasing traffic, managing SEO and driving lead generation in conjunction with the Programme and Centre marketing teams.

The Digital Marketing Manager will also have responsibility for the internal intranet, overseeing its governance and actively seeking to drive employee engagement and collaboration.

The role holder will also own the social media strategy for the School with responsibility for driving employee and student advocacy and amplification, engaging in social media listening to fine tune the content strategy, and to engage the School in the right conversations with the right influencers to drive awareness and promote our reputation as a leader and an influencer.

The successful applicant for this role will have extensive previous digital and social media experience, demonstrable experience of translating data-led insight into strategic recommendations, significant experience of delivering increases in traffic and visitor engagement and experience of managing digital agencies, both in terms of relationship and process management across a full digital marketing mix - PPC, SEO, display.
