Digital Marketing Manager

£48,000-£50,000

Our client are an award winning tour operator, with over 40 years of experience. Creating luxury holidays tailored to the individual, one person's holiday heaven is another's' headache! They have won partnerships with some of the best resorts in the most breath-taking locations ranging from the Caribbean to Asia to name a few. They have won a number of awards over the years and show no signs of slowing down!

They are now looking for a creative and innovative Digital Marketing Manager, who can help drive their business to the next level.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of 6
  • Responsible for the management of multiple digital channels
  • Implementing a marketing plan encompassing paid search, organic search, digital display, paid social, affiliates and print
  • Deliver the strategy, achieve business targets, maximise growth and ROI. Development and execution of new and existing strategies to help the business grow
  • Deliver onsite content and SEO strategies & objectives
  • Monitoring marketing performance for ongoing campaigns
  • Reporting and optimising on all marketing channels
  • Managing content and design for all marketing activity (website & newsletters)
  • Managing relationships with suppliers (tourist boards, hotels and airlines)
  • Managing marketing budget, reconciliation for all paid media
  • Report to key stakeholders on performance on marketing campaigns

Skills & Experience:

  • Must have come from the Travel industry
  • Knowledge of experience working with media houses
  • Extensive Digital experience
  • Experience setting multiple- channel targets
  • Demonstrate strong negotiations in media buying
  • Experience leading a team of marketing specialists
  • Experience of bought media, Google & Bing PPC and SEO, hands on paid search management

For your application to be successful you must have worked within the Travel Industry and have experience working with Media Houses.
