This award-winning B2B digital marketing agency is looking for Digital Marketing Manager with exceptional SEO, CRO and paid acquisition skills to join their fast-paced, dynamic agency. If you're looking to take the lead in managing digital campaigns, then this role would be ideal.

You'll be strong at the technical elements of SEO, confident (and qualified) at PPC, know your way around GTM, Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and be comfortable reporting on campaigns. You should be a strong communicator, quick thinker, analytically minded, highly motivated and have a natural curiosity of the latest digital marketing practices and techniques: you won't be afraid to try new things.

To be considered for this role, you'll need at least 3+ years working in a performance marketing capacity. You'll be able to self-manage, work autonomously, be a team player, have a positive outlook and always be happy to get the job done.

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and analysing the performance of their clients' websites
- Keyword research and optimization of websites, including sitemaps, meta optimization, redirects
- Indexation within major search engines such as Google and Bing
- Research and implement new SEO ideas, initiatives and best practices, both on-page and off-page
- Reporting using a variety of SEO/CRO tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Search Console
- Providing technical recommendations for improved site performance
- Making recommendations for CRO, including creation of wireframes
- Making minor HTML updates (WordPress) such as redirects, page designs or image optimization
- Ensuring PPC campaigns delivered expected performance, including management of Google Ads, Bing, paid social ads and email
- Ensuring campaigns are tracked thoroughly using Google Tag Manager or conversion scripts
- Introduce automation, A/B testing and scripts to manage performance marketing

Essential Skills:
- Be able to manage multiple tasks across multiple clients
- Good prioritization skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter and be able to work autonomously
- Analytics skills including the ability to interrogate performance data and make improvement recommendations
- Proven track record with SEO/digital advertising campaigns, including bid management tools, Keyword Planner, Moz
- Advanced MS Excel
- Basic HTML, CSS and Javascript
