The rapidly growing Beauty company based in Old Street is looking for a Senior Digital Marketer with detailed knowledge of SEO, PPC, Display, Social and Affiliate marketing to join their growing Digital Marketing team. This role will work across 10+ brands and be the digital marketing expert.

They are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to join the team and lead the Digital Marketing activities across the EU. This role will be the expert in Digital for the business and will act as a consultant and advice on best practice for the day-to-day execution of the performance marketing programmes with a strong focus on SEO, PPC, Display, Social & Affiliates. You will be working across the medium and long-term strategy, managing annual budgets, working closely with agencies and line managing 3 direct reports.

As the companies digital specialist, you will work closely with the Digital Marketing Director to shape and deliver the digital strategy to increase brand awareness and drive traffic. You will act as the expert for the group in SEO, PPC, Display, Social and Affiliates. The role includes managing 4 direct reports.

Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Director, you will be an analytical thinker keen on monitoring ROI, who can bring ideas and have the drive to see both large and small projects through to fruition. You will be asked to work across a broad-based firm to become their 'go-to' digital person.

The company is a rapidly expanding online retailer who is looking to invest massively into Digital marketing over the next two years.

As Digital Marketing Manager you will be the de facto Head of Digital and over the next two years, they see this role moving into a real leadership role within the team.

The role will be based in their Old Street offices and be responsible for:

  • Acting as the expert for the group in SEO, PPC, Display, Social and Affiliates. The role includes managing 4 direct reports.
  • Helping business units to create and implement strategies across all areas of digital marketing
  • Monitoring and measuring visitors to the various business unit sites
  • Working with the business units teams to understand and improve site visits
  • Enhancing the group's digital marketing KPIs to aid performance management across all levels
  • Centrally monitoring KPIs, working with business units to improve them
  • Supporting and guiding business units in order to analyse agency performance to ensure group learnings are implemented across all business units
  • Creating and owning partnerships with leading digital companies and agencies such as Google and Facebook to benefit of the group. Be the lead in paid search and social tenders across the group.
  • Work alongside the eLab content manager to ensure the content strategy is in line with improving SEO performance and supports online and social campaigns using search and social insight tools.
  • Keeping up-to-date with developments and opportunities in the digital marketing world, using this knowledge to keep the company ahead of their competition
  • Creating a support network for business units that allow them to share and discuss best practice in digital marketing

The Digital Marketing Manager role requires the following experience:

  • Extensive digital marketing experience within a fast paced, retail or brand ecommerce. environment, with first-hand experience of all performance marketing channels: PPC, SEO Affiliate Marketing, Display and Social Media
  • Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies in the EU.
  • Effective time-management and project management skills - must be able to juggle workload with high volume of meetings and
