The ROLE:

Reporting to the Marketing Director Baby EMEA, the Digital Marketing Manager, Babycare EMEA will be responsible for strengthening the baby need state’s ecosystem of content excellence & connections in a digital world.

This role is accountable for:

*

Leading the regional brand Communications & Connections planning process

*

Partnering with Global Strategic Insights & Analytics (GSIA), lead markets to deliver strongest possible annual framework; Driving all associated sub-processes including regional RMO-governed creative statements of work

*

Working closely with key markets TBX (Total Brand Experience) & marketing teams to drive an Integrated Marketing Communications plan that delivers on key ABCD (Acronym for below) principles:

Always On:

*

Step change personalization coms approach on babycare: develop content strategies that allow for personal interactions with parents everyday

*

Ensure excellence in organic and paid search

*

Craft & scale social & influencer marketing for relevant audience segments

Brand Experience:

*

Develop robust brand content strategies & maps where brand purpose is brought to life and core equity messages cut through, within media sufficiency guidelines. Co-create & co-develop content maps with markets.

*

Baby power partnerships: Work with TBX, RFO (Regional Franchise Office) team & Cluster leads to ensure strongest in-scope deliverables from our Agency partners, Google, Facebook, Amazon media for babycare brands

*

Content development excellence: ensure best practice briefing, costing & production principles are deployed for any new baby to include partnering with Google and Facebook during execution

Connected Commerce:

*

Work with eCom regional leader and cluster eCom partners to drive strong eCommerce growth for babycare: from SCANR excellence, to new partnerships, to product delivery

*

Act as an eCom ambassador for the GFO (Global Franchise Office) babycare team, ensuring eCom is always centric in brand thinking

Data Centric:

*

Work with TBX & external partners at regional and cluster level to develop a data strategy for babycare & implement it in top 5 markets

*

Develop data strategy & a data driven audience segmentation framework

*

Work with GSIA, TBX, Agency Partners and Google to establish robust Baby data acquisition priorities & plans across 1st, 2nd, 3rd party data sources. Work with clusters on scaling & roll-out

*

Ensure compliance in a GDPR world

Content performance, optimization & creative stretch

*

Develop understanding of relative performance of assets; partner with RMO to populate & demonstrate new DAM; curate & act as ambassador for the best performers

Set KPIs, track and drive ROI

*

Deep understanding of growth impact & efficiency of all touch points to include Search, Influencer, Precision, Ecom etc – and recommending resource allocation amends for strongest performance

Qualifications

Key qualifications and requirements:

*

Bachelor’s Degree required; Strong mathematical, analytical & process management abilities

*

Experienced in Communications & media, either on an agency or client side

*

Detailed bottom-up delivery-focus mind-set with strong project management skills

*

Subject matter expertise in digital & social marketing, media KPIs & ad tech

*

Experience / Previous exposure to e-commerce is desired

*

Track record of consumer-centric thinking

*

Strong ability to interact effectively with senior business partners

*

Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners and upper management to impact decision-making

*

Excellent and clear communication skills

*

Ability to think analytically to understand complex or ambiguous problems or issues and articulate solutions and conclusions clearly and concisely

*

Able to anticipate and actively own the needs of cross-functional constituents in a complex, dynamic environment)
