Job Description:

We are seeking a full time digital marketing manager for the EMEA. In this role you will accelerate and drive the digital marketing strategy for the EMEA zone head franchise markets. Drive customer acquisition, engagement, market share & brand visibility leveraging digital channels to achieve the best ROI. You will be the conduit between the international team and zone ensuring that international best practice is shared with the relevant appropriate contacts. Acting as the key point of contact to grow expertise and capability in the Zone for all aspects of the digital strategy.

A Day in the Life:

*

You will develop and execute digital strategy in conjunction with international teams, incorporating digital editorial and marketing content

*

Drive key metrics by effectively leveraging SEO channels and developing EMEA capability & approach to ensure consistency in best practice

*

Work with the markets to define KPIs, achieve ROI and traffic targets across these channels, complimenting overall marketing and business objectives

*

Support markets & partner with CRM to identify target audiences, customer segments and analyse their characteristics, behaviour and media habits to influence strategic decision making

*

Drive key metrics through mobile optimization along with shared & dedicated campaigns

*

Develop rigorous assessment & evaluation of the effectiveness of campaigns in order to inform future campaigns

*

Optimise digital display philosophy & guidance for the brand in collaboration with key stakeholders

*

Responsible for liaising with International, markets, external agencies to ensure design look, feel and functionality of TBS local websites, mobile app or other digital tools is in line with the company brand image and guidelines

*

Partner with brand & communications to transform blogger/vlogger programmes and develop influencer engagement strategy

*

Develop integrated Social Media strategy & toolkit for markets

*

Support and coach markets in the design and implementation of the social media agenda (guidelines, calendars, social media content developed regional and globally), monitor progress and guide them on achieving their goals within the given timeframe

*

Develop shared approach to affiliates by leveraging scale of the EMEA zone; working closely with markets to understand needs and influence consistency

*

Provide expertise in analytic tools and lead solutions to track and evaluate performance of individual initiatives and overall success of digital marketing strategy

Do you fit the bill?

You will have extensive experience in executing and leading digital & social media activities

*

Possess excellent communication & presentation skills both verbal & written

*

Illustrate proficiency in Digital Marketing strategy & design

*

Have international exposure and experience in regional coordination

*

Recent experience of working for retail or consumer brands sector is essential (beauty experience desirable)

*

You're a strategic thinker who excels at generating innovative & original ideas

*

Demonstrate a track record in complex project management

*

Have a proven track record in developing and executing highly effective external and internal campaigns and activities

Location

Our Global Support Centre is located in the heart of Littlehampton, West Sussex. On site there is a state of the art distribution centre, conference centre, a 1950’s ‘Uncle Fred’s Diner’, a nursery and an onsite allotment area for staff.
