One of the largest professional services firms in the world is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their 20 strong Digital Marketing Team which seeks to create compelling digital experiences for the firm's clients across channels, leads the firm in the development of digital marketing strategies and strives for investment in the right tools and technology to support the firm's ambitions.
Reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing, the role holder will help lead and support the Marketing Executives and Business Placement students in the digital team to deliver campaigns and will work closely with Sales and Marketing on lead generation activities. The Digital Marketing Manager will advise marketing teams and the business on digital best practice and support the development of channel strategies in conjunction with the web team. You will be responsible for spotting new opportunities and trends and helping to build the business case for new digital tools, technologies and methods that the firm may wish to pilot and working with IT and software vendors where required to introduce and integrate new technology. Reporting on the ROI of digital campaigns using a combination of sales data in the firm's CRM platform, Adobe Analytics and other channel metrics will constitute an important element of the role.
The Digital Marketing Manager will have both a passion for digital marketing and a curiosity to learn new things and challenge ways of working allied to substantial previous experience across or focused on particular channels, including email, social, web and advertising, and experience of measuring and analysing campaign data gained whilst working within a complex, matrix organisation. Experience of Marketing Automation systems is highly desirable and previous use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be a huge advantage, as would knowledge of Journey Builder, Cloud Pages and Email Studio. The role will require clear communication skills to aid working with and briefing team members and agencies to deliver to campaign briefs and outstanding Influencing skills to challenge the status quo.
