Role:  Digital Marketing Manager – paid media
Location: currently remote, but will be a Central London office
Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 base
Benefits: 25 days leave, wellbeing allowance, dental, life assurance, annual L&D budget

Digital healthcare has been one of the booming industries throughout the C-19 pandemic, and it’s understandable. Since the traditional model couldn’t function, either due to operational challenges, or just because it wasn’t safe for those who were at risk.

So there’s no doubt the digital movement was overdue and is being met by a number of innovative firms looking to reimagine the experience, but through that digital landscape.

This is one of those opportunities. Joining a business which is now around 250 people, on a mission to make healthcare accessible to all, and remove the hassle from the prescription medication process.

As their new digital marketing manager, you will be responsible for leading this digital performance efforts across paid media channels, being social and PPC across both Facebook and Google ecosystems.

You’ll be looking at how to scale each channel effectively, leveraging data to understand funnel performance and optimise conversion rates as well as budget spend.

You’ll need to be resilient and creative. Able to act quickly to changing market conditions, adapting strategy on the fly to ensure money isn’t being wasted, But also spotting opportunities to scale in certain channels when you recognise value returns are good.

This is a business in scale-up mode, looking to you and the other growth and performance marketing team to help deliver to their customer acquisition target objectives, which in turn, feed into the company’s mission driven ambition of making healthcare accessible through digital disruption.

  • Digital Performance Marketing pedigree across both Google and Facebook ecosystems (PPC, paid social, youtube, etc.)

  • Resourceful and good with using data to identify the truth of the situation. Using that to synthesise strategies
  • Able to do a lot with a limited budget – this isn’t the kind of environment where you just keep throwing money at a problem until it goes away
