The successful candidate will ideally have some experience or a background in marketing, have a fresh and innovative approach, and be strategic, creative and personable. They are looking for a candidate with some working experience in Digital Marketing/ Social media but could be a great opportunity for a marketing graduate to establish your career in recruitment

THE ROLE: Digital Marketing & Sales Executive-Midlands Region
The successful candidate will join a small marketing team where you will be involved in every aspect of marketing from helping to shape and review strategies, create content and copy, generate leads, attend events, help to train and support other workers and everything in-between. This is a role which is based at home, with regular contact with colleagues from our head office and other staff around the country. Your main target area will be the Midlands, and a large amount of travel is anticipated so the successful candidate will need to drive and have access to a vehicle. Strategy
: you will be expected to think strategically about how to recruit new foster carers; helping to review existing methods and develop innovate ways to recruit foster families both online and offline. Creative
: you will have a creative flair with the ability to create copy and design promotional literature such as newsletters, posters and social media content. Personable
: They are looking for someone who is friendly and able to enthuse others involved in marketing and sales. You will thrive at events and will be confident when approaching and meeting new people.

- Previous experience in a similar role and/or qualification in marketing, particularly digital marketing
- Energetic, passionate and determined to succeed
- Proactive and able to manage your own workload
- Able to work flexibly including evenings and weekends
- Possess a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for work purposes
- Due to the nature of the role, successful candidates will be required to undergo a DBS check which will be processed and paid for by the employer.
