A career vacancy for a Digital Marketing Specialist has arisen within our Client’s marketing team, leaders in the supply and service of chromatography equipment and consumables used extensively in the Pharmaceutical, Environmental, Biotechnology industries as well as Academia. The Role

The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for the coordination of the digital marketing activity of our Client including but not limited to e-marketing, website management, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, CRM management, social media management and search engine optimisation. The job holder will also be involved in some of the digital marketing activity for the wider group of brands of our Client. The successful candidate will work as a member of the Marketing team and will be required to establish effective working relationships with various departments including Sales, Product Managers and the different offices.
In this role you will be constantly challenged as you are exposed to new technologies and techniques, therefore you will demonstrate drive, ambition and be self-motivated.

Main responsibilities:

Support the Marketing team in promoting the range of products, instruments and service offerings
Make regular content updates to the entities’ websites (promotions, product information, news, etc…)
Set up, manage, optimise and report on PPC campaigns on Google Adwords, Google Shopping, Facebook and LinkedIn
Manage the social media platforms, making regular posts and creating monthly social media reports
Conduct regular A/B testing of ads and landing pages to optimise goal conversions, providing regular reports & recommendations
Monitor industry trends and create innovative digital campaigns
Review on-site engagement and identify areas of improvement within the e-commerce offering
Take a proactive and positive approach in seeking ways to improve all aspects of their marketing activities

Experience and Knowledge Required:

Professional with 3-5 years’ work experience in digital marketing or a related field
Good working knowledge of HTML/CSS
Proven experience working with Google Adwords & Google Analytics
Active user of social media networks
Confident user of Microsoft Office suite
SEO experience would be advantageous
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
Exceptional time management skills, interpersonal skills & keen eye for detail
