You will be a natural leader, with the experience to lead our digital events strategy, influencing the event at all levels.
The role will see you managing the activities of the digital teams within the radio networks to enable them to maximise our events coverage, bringing them together to work on occasions that will increase our digital reach. You will also work alongside the commercial teams to ensure our digital events output is aligned with business objectives.
The Editor will ensure that digital output is at the heart of all future events planning for the Bauer brands and at the centre of the commercial opportunity.
As well as leading the team on an operational basis and developing multi-platform views of content across IP, mobile and video platforms, you will also have the opportunity to develop new digital first formats across the Bauer music portfolio
Working alongside the Digital Content Director you will be key to our relationships and partnerships with third parties and distribution channels.
You will have a track record of data driven decision making and able to analyse audience behaviour and consumption patterns, around event based content, and use this to form future editorial and commercial strategy
