You will:

As a Digital Optimisation and Analytics Manager, you will run the Optimisation Squad, including Product Owners, DesignUX specialists, Insight specialists and Editors, making a step change in our capability to optimise the product to drive both customer engagement and value to the business. You will also help define our product analytics strategy and drive effective implementation of those analytics:

-Have 3+ years experience of
shaping digital experiences by developing, managing or analysing AB or
Multivariate tests, in a digital product or eCommerce environment.

- Be
comfortable with managing tests through Optimizely, Apptimize or other AB
test tools; able to set up and up modify tests while in flight.

- Have a proven track record of
delivering successful test and optimisation plans

- Have a clear experience and
understanding of optimising customer journey

- Have a strong and clear vision
for what “excellence” looks like in this field and have a genuine passion
for iteratively improving customer experience

- Have experience working in a
fast-paced environment and be able to
drive a number of simultaneous tests at pace

- Have an excellent eye for detail
and you know what great design and user experience looks like

- Be an excellent communicator and
collaborative by nature

- Be a self-starter, thriving on
independence at work and relishing the opportunity to proactively build
and define the future of the role

- Be highly
critical of data, with a nose for insight and the customer truth that sits
behind the numbers.

- Be great
at pushing back, setting and driving an agenda forward amongst a lot of
competing voices in a room. This needs someone with a clear vision for what
‘best practice’ looks like for AB testing and isn’t afraid to take ownership
of not just testing but improving the way we work as a business.

You’ll have:
