Digital Optimisation Manager

Why this role matters
Owning the Digital Mobile retention sales and conversion improvements through the website, leading on driving trading, proactive campaigns and optimisation with Marketing team
What you'll be doing
Understand and utilise insights from web analytics to maximise sales and revenue through optimisation
Implement and ensure the success of mobile product changes/builds and deploy through to live
Work closely with the Commercial, Marketing, Digital Development and Digital Experience teams identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, order journeys and enhance capability
Create and run A|B tests based on identified opportunities to improve conversion
Help prepare weekly mobile trading performance reviews explaining current and upcoming performance
Merchandising products in order to maximise sales and cross-sell/up-sell through strong navigation and UX knowledge
Support creating quarterly trading plans and in quarter trading recovery plans, with a keen focus on understanding what key onsite levers drive more sales and revenue
Support the planning manager in the creation of September and February forecasts
Regular site audits, ensuring all information and pricing is displayed correctly
Work closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to manage and implement a promotions calendar based on business opportunities and financial objectives
Coordinating the successful set up of campaigns
Any ad hoc analysis on your area of ownership like deep dives into performance or historic trends
We'll also need to see these on your CV
* Adobe Analytics and Target
* Analysis of conversion funnels and other insight
Identification of navigation and UX improvements to drive conversion
eCommerce trading experience
Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to manage priorities
Ability to manage change and ambiguity
Ability to clearly present numerical information
Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
