JOB SPECIFICATION: Digital Optimisation Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Digital Optimisation Manager to join fast-growing and award winning consumer focused business. As the Digital Optimisation Manager, you will be responsible for driving the performance of the company website and online channels. Therefore, as the Digital Optimisation Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
-Design the optimisation for the digital platforms that includes the users journey and usability testing
-To develop a well-defined strategy for testing and implementing improvements within the overall UX experience
-To continually drive forward company initiatives - ensuring conversion rates are maximised across the digital channels
-Establishing governance around the company’s digital platforms
-Managing your own team and ensuring the digital strategies are delivered on time and to company standards
Overall, as the Digital Optimisation Manager you should be able to translate raw analytics into clear and actionable insights for senior management to digest and implement throughout the business.
REQUIREMENTS: Digital Optimisation Manager
To be successful as the Digital Optimisation Manager, you will have experience in improving online conversion rates with a background in strategic digital testing and analytics. You will also have the following:
-Proven experience of running a team within optimisation, personalisation & UX
-Excellent understanding of Digital Marketing and eCommerce
-To have an analytical mind with extensive knowledge of Google Analytics
-Demonstrable experience within CRO & CMS
-A superb communicator, with the ability to converse with different audiences
-A proactive approach to work and management
-Educated to degree level, or relevant qualification
