Digital Optimisation Specialist

Better Placed are delighted to be working with a well known Ecommerce business who are looking for a Digital Optimisation Specialist. Your main responsibility will be to improve the on-site conversion rates across various different E-commerce sites by running various different tests and experiential programmes.

As a Digital Optimisation Specialist you will be ambitious and eager to develop a career in CRO. This company are looking for someone who is up for a challenge, has experience working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to help build and shape a function.

Key Skills and Experience :

  • Must have experience with AB/MVT testing
  • Must have at least 3 years experience in a similar CRO role, UX Design or Development where CRO has played a key part in your role
  • Must have a solid understanding of UX
  • You will be a confident communicator who is able to liaise with various different stakeholders at different levels
  • Highly competent with the management of CRO programs
  • Analytical driven, experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Data Studio
  • Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail
