We are strengthening our internal digital capabilities and looking for new talent as we expand our Performance, Insight & Analytics team within the Enterprise Digital function at BT. Uncompromising in delivering quality solutions to our enterprise customers at pace, we require an experienced Digital Performance Manager to bring their drive and proven track record to a growing team of analytics professionals pioneering the future of performance tracking and decision making at BT.

Reporting into the Head of Performance, Insight & Analytics, the successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who can develop and implement a performance management discipline that is integrated into all agency services and activities. You will measure and report the performance of digital/marketing programs against established goals, ROI and KPIs and correlating numerous data points to identify trends and insights that provide performance-based guidance/recommendations. You will also research and advise on optimal methods to capture and analyse performance data. Operating as a vital component of the analytics pipeline, the Digital Performance Manager will collaborate across the team to ensure quality processes are implemented efficiently and consistently.

What you'll be doing
Develop and implement a performance management discipline that is integrated into all agency services and activities.
Measure and report the performance of digital/marketing programs against established goals (ROI and KPIs).
Correlate numerous data points to identify trends and insights that provide performance based guidance/recommendations.
Research and advise on optimal methods to capture and analyse performance data.
Be a change agent - challenging the status quo where it does not enable the process or team.
Facilitate regular stakeholder communication – updates and reporting as required for the business.

We'll also need to see these on your CV
In depth understanding of a digital and data strategy in order to drive analytics and data driven decisions.
Strong financial acumen with analytical and strong budgeting ability.
Self-starter with a focus on results and capable of rapidly analysing daily and weekly performance and ability to capitalise quickly on opportunities.
Proficient in analytical and performance measuring tools including Adobe Cloud Marketing Suite.
Expert user of CRO and web analytics platforms.
Strong technical knowledge of CMS environments.
Leading on new initiatives and proposals.
Explore new features to drive engagement and activation.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across multiple departments to deliver a vision or goal with various moving parts.
