We’re growing our Analytics & Insights team, looking for a team player who is passionate in digital analytics and preferably has a years experience in using Google Analytics for user behaviour analysis, and technical understanding of tag management.
We’re eager to hire a Digital Product Analyst to deliver high quality analysis and insight across our portfolio of websites. This is a great opportunity to take on a key role that will provide invaluable business, product and marketing intelligence to the company.
Reporting to the Head of Analytics, the Digital Product Analyst will be expected to:
Undertake detailed user behavioural analysis for our classifieds websites so we can understand customer behaviour in more detail through the use of GA
Manage monitoring releases of new products through data and reviewing product launches to ensure these are optimised for onsite activity
Assist the UX/product team in pulling insights from qualitative data, validating with quantitative data where needed and pushing actions forward
Assist with setting up tags using Google Tag Manager where needed for new product launches.. Training will be provided in the use of Google Tag Manager, however an understanding of this already will be a bonus
The Digital Product Analyst will work closely with the product and marketing team to ensure insights are pushed through and actions are delivered. The successful candidate will require excellent communication skills, be able to explain findings from their analysis clearly and concisely, and be comfortable in presenting analysis in front of an audience.
This role also provides a unique opportunity to work across a wide range of classified websites, ranging from small start ups through to established market leading websites.
What we’re looking for:
Educated to degree level (ideally numerate or related scientific discipline) and 1+ years experience in digital marketing environment is an advantage
Previous experience of web analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
Previous experience or understanding of tag management systems
Previous experience of data visualisation tools and presenting qualitative or quantitative data to stakeholders, and enjoys the challenge of converting data into actionable insight
Previous experience using MS Excel
Excellent attention to detail
Experience of SQL or Python is a bonus
