The rapidly growing telecoms company is looking for a Digital Product Manager with experience managing the development roadmap for a complex website or App to join the Product Management team. This role will lead the digital lead for their app and focusing on driving the continued evolution of the app as well as driving key initiatives such as self-service and driving customer behaviour online.
They are looking for a tenacious Digital Product Manager who is looking for a challenging role to join the team and lead the Digital app development and be accountable for the online My Account and app, tasked with the delivery of the overall self-service strategy and update roadmap. The role is responsible for delivery of registration, usage, engagement and ROI metrics and will work closely with the Customer Experience and Customer Service teams to reduce call volumes and propensity.
