Overall Job Purpose

As part of the Business development team in London W6, the candidate will project manage the successful delivery of new growth digital initiatives within the Digital programme over the 6 month contract. The Digital programme is the highest priority organic growth programme in Immediate Media and is focused on setting Immediate Media up for the future.

This role offers broad visibility across the business and the opportunity to make significant impact across multiple areas. It requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to bring people together from different teams to deliver key strategic digital initiatives.

Accountabilities

Project manage a number (2 or 3) of individual workstreams within the Digital Programme. working with commercial leads, tech leads, product director/managers and other stakeholders to:

* Create and deliver project work plans with clear key milestones and defined timing to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and within scope
* Revise work plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
* Identify resources and assign responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s), including external partners
* Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored
* Ensure there is tracking and reporting on impact of milestone deliveryCommunicate project status reports to stakeholders and highlights issues & risks
* Support post-implementation review

Support the overall programme management of strategic digital roadmap:

* Ensures Digital Programme documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored
* Supports Digital Programme meeting by capturing actions, minuting meetings and ensuring agreed actions are delivered

Knowledge, Experience & Competencies

* Project management background - project management toolkit, analytical/reporting skills
* Delivery focus and can-do-attitude - ability to take the lead in driving initiatives towards both business and customer outcomes
* Stakeholder management – requires the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels including influencing and managing conflict
* Communication skills - strong stakeholder communication at all levels
* Data driven – requires some analytical thinking to inform decisions
* Worked in consumer-facing industry (client-side) and developed customer-centric thinking
* Experience translating commercial demands/customer propositions into technical/product requirements
* Highly collaborative
