Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to
help drive the implementation of a new Group E Commerce platform on a 12 month
FTC. You will be working principally on the new Group E Commerce platform, Neo.
The successful candidate will ensure that:

The platform, its new functionalities and
ongoing operation are delivered efficiently.

*

Business can be successfully and swiftly
implemented or migrated to the platform.

*

The business processes surrounding E-Commerce
are effectively embedded within the business

Dimension of role:

The E-Commerce and Digital Project Manager will work with
Internal and external development / technical teams, central functional teams
such as Underwriting, Finance, Operations and legal and Commercial stakeholders
in multiple geographies

What you will be doing

*

Perform overall and detailed task planning
across the entire Travel BL NEO programme including

*

Phase 2, Migrations, New Business, and BAU to
avoid or highlight resource conflict.

*

Organise appropriate governance & workshops
to achieve BL deliverables.

*

Engage with BL / IT and external Stakeholders to
ensure actions and deliverables are completed in a timely manner.

*

Manage any testing process from planning stage
through to completion including assistance with execution and reporting.

*
BL Status Reporting

*

Organise timely updates & training sessions
for new business users of the platform.

*

Deliver or support Training to new business
users

*
Perform project coordination tasks as required

*
Perform platform configuration tasks as required

*

Acting as a delegate Product Owner, assist in
the process of backlog management & prioritisation.

*
Monitor and Report on BL costs for NEO

*

Create plan for the move to NEO Business Target

Qualifications

Skills and experience:

*

Able to work in a fast paced commercial
environment and develop strong stakeholder relationships.

*

Excellent at multi-tasking and working cross
functionally across different brands

*
Highly numerate and PC literate

*

Good communication skills, with the ability to
question, influence and provide opinions and professional recommendations in a
clear and constructive manner at all levels of the business, and with external
parties

*

Possess determination and drive, an enjoyment of
change and ability to work at pace through conflicting priorities,

*

The ability to work with minimal guidance and to
create clear plans out of loose ideas,

*

Must be a strong team-player and be able to
maintain a calm and positive approach even in a pressured or conflicted
environment.

*

A strong background in cross-functional project
management and business analysis delivering tangible business value

*

Proven ability within at least one leading
project delivery methodology, preferably Prince 2 AND Agile.

*

Demonstrable experience of successfully managing
multiple projects across international locations.

*

Experience within an insurance services
background

*

Good understanding of Ecommerce & Website
technologies in order to understand core platform functionality

AXA Partners’ commercial development is under the
responsibility of the Chief sales and distribution Officer (CSDO). To achieve
AXA Partners’ growth target, the CSDO relies on a geographical sales
organization with each geographical / regional CEO being locally responsible
