Customer Success Manager (client Insight manager)

They are looking for a dynamic, motivated, articulate and initiative-driven person, who can build creative solutions and support the sales process ensuring business targets exceeded.
You will be involved in presenting & demonstrating solutions face to face in client pitch meetings, collaborate with the marketing team to create inspiring content through webinars,
newsletters and events and be the expert in understanding customer’s real-time
You will need to forge collaborative relationships across internal teams including sales, customer success and operations, both in market, and across Europe.
Part of your role is to communicate the benefits of their digital solutions to new and existing clients, by delivering solution and commercial expertise, deliver web demonstrations and webinars, build relevant case studies and white papers, attend and present at customer events.
You should be able to deliver basic and intermediate training, be able to deliver reviews and strategic advice and consult with clients on their projects.
You will also need to engage with existing accounts to upsell and grow their investment in the solutions and engage with the commercial teams to build bespoke messaging and approaches and have proven market research experience
You need to be able to make rapid, informed decisions, executed without any, think big and embrace change, and delight customers.

SALARY – £30-36K + 20% guaranteed commission
